The short version: If the toolkit isn't useful for your business, email hello@pressurewashquotekit.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and we'll refund you. No interrogation.

How to request a refund

Email hello@pressurewashquotekit.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

Your order number (from your purchase email)
A brief note (one line is plenty, but no explanation is required)

We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What we ask in return

Nothing required, but if you can share what didn't work for you, it helps shape future versions of the product. One line is plenty.

Chargebacks

Please email us first before filing a chargeback. We're almost always able to issue a refund directly within 1 business day, which is faster than the chargeback process for you.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction. If your local law (for example, EU consumer protection law) provides stronger rights, those apply.
